I haven't seen glow-in-the-dark toothpaste, but I bet someone has glow-in-the-dark package (down the comment line, there's a nice rant on packaging by braenor).

Sparkly gel toothpastes look really pretty, but I don't want to brush with them... I might find glow-in-the-dark would have the same weirdness factor.
