I'm not looking forward to the day when I need to move to bifocals, but I'm sure it is inevitable, as both my parents have them.
My last prescription was -7.50 and -8.00. Once your vision is as bad as yours and mine, there's not really that much difference. I do hope my eyes stop changing soon, though.
