I looked around and the last prescription I have on me (which was 2 changes ago) is -7.50 on one eye and -8.50 on the other. They have gotten worse 2 times since and I am due for another appointment. I can tell it has changed again because I have been misjudging stairs and such recently. I obviously am not seeing well. *hugs* Like I said before, I do feel your pain. I understand.
