dreaminghope...the first local strawberries of the season! They smell like summer. I cut them up and they are brilliant red right to the very center. The knife slices through them, juicy and firm. They are so perfectly sweet and just a little tart after... I want more!
Why, oh why, did I only buy one container? The Farmer's Market is still another five days away!
